At theclub, we review our classes every three months to make sure we bring you the freshest ideas on fitness and the latest facilities for personal improvement.

Spinning® - Indoor Cycling - Beginners’ Cycling

theclub’s award-winning European Spinning® studio offers a cycling workout that burns fat fast. Spinning®, or indoor cycling, makes use of gears and resistance features to cater for beginners to professionals.

BODYCOMBAT

BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.

• Tones and shapes key muscle groups
• Burns calories for a leaner body
• Improves co-ordination and agility
• Improves bone density
• Improves posture and core strength and stability
• Builds self-confidence

Body Balance™

Body Balance™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling centred and calm.

Teaching controlled breathing, concentration and carefully structured stretches, moves and poses to music, Body Balance™ is a holistic and gentle workout that brings the body into a state of harmony while improving posture.

Aqua Aerobics

An aerobics class in the water!

The buoyancy of the water means that aqua classes provide a virtually impact-free cardiovascular workout, significantly reducing stress on the joints and muscle soreness.

Sculpt and Tone

A must for those who want to get into great shape for that special occasion...

A Sculpt and Tone session helps build up lean muscle while burning fat. By improving muscular tone, the whole body shapes up, from top to toe.

Yoga

What could be better than blending together the philosophies of physical and mental conditioning?

Research shows that practising yogic meditation teaches a person to control blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory function, metabolic rate, skin resistance, and even brain waves. Relax...

Psycho Circuits

Not for the faint-hearted!

This class offers strength and cardio training at high intensity to chisel your body to a faster, fitter you.

Body Conditioning

An all over body workout targeted to tone and strengthen. Qualified choreographers work with you for a whole body workout that leaves you feeling toned, energised and ready for anything!

Pilates

Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness abilities as everyone works at their own pace. By conditioning the deep core muscles of the body and concentrating on improving posture and alignment, Pilates is a unique exercise technique which improves flexibility, strength and posture, thereby decreasing neck and back pain.

We also offer advanced classes.

Body Vive

Body Vive is designed to increase heart fitness and general wellness.

Starting with a simple warm-up, the class continues with alternating ‘heart fitness’ and ‘functional strength’ blocks before a final block of core and restorative exercises.

Boxercise - Boxfit

Box yourself fighting fit!

This fun class targets muscle toning while burning calories. And imagine that incredible stress relief...

Legs, Bums and Tums

Everyone is welcome to join us in focusing on those bits we would all like to see a little firmer!

With an hour of high repetition exercises, working specific muscle areas, the class is based on low impact aerobics with a strong abdominal workout, followed by a brief, relaxing stretch.

Abs Attack

Firm up those trouble spots!

Tighten your tummy with our ‘Total Abs’ conditioning class.

Body Attack

A high intensity workout for those who want to be seriously fit.

With three cardio ‘phases’ placing demands on aerobic stamina, your energy systems will be ignited and boundaries pushed to the extreme.

Latin in Line

Partners not necessary! All Latin rhythms are taught, such as Cha Cha Cha, Mambo, Jive, Salsa and Rumba. Carried out in the form of line dancing, this is a fun way to learn those hot Latin rhythms. All levels of experience welcome.
