Premier Level 3 Personal Trainer; Sports Massage Therapist/Injury Specialist; Kettlebell Instructor; Nutritional Consultant; Sports Specific Training; Vibration Training; Core Training.


Tom has a wealth of experience in not only getting clients the results they want but changing their lifestyle along the way. Focusing on nutrition and using a number of mediums such as boxing, focused gym work and a range of other ways, Tom will get you into the best shape of your life.

 

Tom’s view

‘Here are a number of things I have helped my clients to achieve: Lose weight, tone up and stay that way, run marathons, half marathons and other events, learn to box, overcome injuries, rebuild confidence, relieve stress, look and feel great!

I take part in the Wrington Fun Run every year, walking the 5 km course.  This year I ran, without stopping, in 35 minutes, a massive achievement for me personally.
