Shaun’s view

‘When it comes to training in the gym, everyone has a personal goal. Mine is to keep fit for my hobby; karate. This has helped me represent my country in the European Championships and to win titles at the English, British and Commonwealth Championships.

Hannah

My name is Hannah. I have been having personal training sessions with Shaun, once a week, since April. I started having personal training sessions because I wanted to lose weight and tone up for my holiday in June.

 

Over the course of these sessions, Shaun varied the exercises ranging from fitness boxing to cardio work to weights and all over body fitness. By changing the programme each week and setting me different challenges, I found the sessions interesting and exciting. It was also better for my body as I found myself reacting differently to each session, rather than the same continuous programme.

 

Over the three months, due to the personal training sessions and nutritional advice, I lost 8lbs as well as 2 inches around my arms and legs, 2.5inches around my hips and 3 inches around my stomach. Because of this, I was much happier on holiday and am now much more confident with my body. It has also widened my knowledge of what different exercises can do to different parts of your body.

 

I will definitely continue having personal training sessions with Shaun and would recommend him to anyone else.
