What do I need to bring?
If you are on a spa day or using the wet facilities, you will need to bring your swimming costume. (robe, slippers and towel are provided for packages) You may also like to bring some extra money to spend on products, drinks or snacks. Also, please bring any confirmation/itinerary letters and vouchers. If you are having a pedicure you will need to bring flip flops to go home in.
Do I need to talk in my treatment?
The answer is - it's entirely up to you! Some clients like to switch off completely, others find it relaxing to talk. We will pick up the cue from you.
I am pregnant - can I still have treatments?
After the 1st trimester (3months +) we can treat pregnant women, most of the treatments can be adapted to suit your needs. The most popular treatments for pregnant ladies are the Zen Spa Pedicure, Plantomer Facial or Time for Mum Package.
I want to book a facial but don’t know which one to choose
Our therapists are trained to analyze your skin and prescribe the best treatment for you. The most popular treatment is the Prescriptive Facial which is tailor-made for your skin type and your therapist can upgrade you to the most suitable option on the day.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 72 hour notice for all appointments. We ask for 72 hours notice because the therapists prepare the products and rooms before the start of the day.
What is the lunch included in the package?
Lunch is a choice of wraps, jacket potatoes, ciabatta’s , pizzas and salads. This may also include a drink if you have enough allowance remaining.
