Congratulations on booking your Spa Day with Cadbury House! You're in for a wonderful day of blissful pampering! You may find the following information helpful, however if you have a question that is left unanswered below please dont hesitate to give us a call...

Parking
Parking at The Club and Spa is complimentary and we have enough room to accommodate your and your fellow guests. We ask that visitors car-share where possible.

Location
The Spa is located on the first floor of The Club and Spa. Simply follow the stairs up to The Lounge and take a left at the bar. You will find the door to The Spa on the right.

Spa Wear
If you are joining us on a Spa Day then robes, towels and slippers are complimentary. Alternatively you may bring you own spa wear. Dont forget your swimsuits and remember to bring something dry to change into at the end of the day.

What to take
You may like to bring along a magazine, book or newspaper to read during your spa day. We encourage our guests to bring along reading materials, although there are often magazines left over by other guests. You may also like to bring along your own personal music player - we encourage our guests to do so but cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.

Treatments
All treatments are conducted in our luxury treatment rooms. We usually play soft music and light candles to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere although you may request to have the music turned off. All of our treatments are given by our fully-qualified spa therapists, who will be more than happy to discuss the treatment process with you.

Products used
Our treatments often involve the use of spa products. We only use the best spa products, with our leading spa brand being Pevonia Botanica. If you are allergic to any particular ingredients please let your therapist know before your treatment commences. If you would like to buy any of the spa products used we have a large range of Pevonia Botanica products available at reception.

Modesty
You may be asked to undress for your particular treatment. The therapist will leave the room and allow you time to undress and make yourself comfortable on the treatment table. There will always be towels and blankets for you to cover up. If you have anyh issues reguarding your modesty please talk to a member of staff.

Timings
Please make sure that you are on time for your spa treatment. If you fail to turn up for your treatment we may be forced to give the appointment away. If you think you may be late for your appointment please contact The Spa on 01934 837 231.

Hygiene
Basic hygiene rules apply in The Spa. We ask all of our guests to shower before entering and after exiting the pool as well as the other wet facilities.

Lunch
Some of our packages include a light lunch in The Lounge. The light lunch consists of fresh wraps, jacket potatoes, sandwiches, salads and pizzas. Drinks may also be purchased in The Lounge where you will receive table service.

Facilities 
The facilities we have onsite include a sparkling 20m pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and changing rooms with showers. There are also lockers, for which you will need change.
