Open to members and non members alike (so bring your friends along!) Our specially designed programmes are aimed at all ages, abilities and levels of fitness running from 4-6 weeks and offer everyone the opportunity to have fun while getting fit. Expect to see huge results from whatever camp you choose, whether it’s the women’s only ‘early bird weekender bootcamp’ or the challenging ‘Summer Spartan’.
Our tried and tested camps have all been designed and put together to make sure all areas are covered. Imagine having fun and losing inches and lbs, meeting new people and making new friends.
Our Bootcamp Instructors provide additional nutritional plans to make sure you’re guided through what to eat to make sure your body is changing shape the way you want it to.

We offer 2 different Bootcamp programmes - Standard Level and Premium Level.
