The Wake Up Weekender for Ladies is our perfect start to your weekend, an early morning bootcamp for ladies of all abilities, shapes and sizes.

The wake up weekender for ladies bootcamp will almost guarantee you achieve your goal in loosing those inches as there has been many past participants boasting losses of up to a stone. Rhoda will supply the tools, all you have to do is turn up and bring with you the effort. Expect to feel fitter, stronger, healthier, revitalised and rejuvenated. 

Rhoda believes and follows the rule ‘it’s about training your mind as well as your body’. So no matter what your reasons, she will get you results. The wake up weekender for ladies bootcamp takes fitness sessions outside the box and out of the gym utilizing all the facilities in and around theclub.

Rhoda will lead you through a variety of fun and challenging exercises consisting of warm up games, fun and challenging exercises followed by stretches at the end of each session.

Premium Winter Bootcamp

Can you meet the challenge, as it’s going to be tough, it’s going to be cold and it’s going to be wet, but it guarantees results and big ones just in time for the festive season, as long as you are prepared to put in the work and work together with the trainer.

A previous history of some type of training is required, as this is not for the complete beginner or the faint hearted.

The bootcamp takes place outside of theclub at Cadbury, be it on the fields just outside or the beautiful surrounding areas, including the beach and the woods. The type of workouts will vary from press ups to pull ups and tyre flipping; each session will vary and get everyone involved, but it won’t be easy.

Previous results from these boot camps include dropping an amazing 2 dress sizes and up to 1 ½ stone in weight over the 6 week period, as well as improving fitness and giving you a new boost of energy.

The week before we will give you a welcome pack, which also includes a healthy eating plan, weekly homework, a diary to keep a record of your meals to plan ahead and any other business you wish to record, lots of information and guidance about a ‘healthy’ lifestyle, guidance from our Bootcamp coach throughout and before and after measurements and photos.

Non-members will also have full access to theclub facilities for the whole of the 6 weeks, including the classes that we run here. When booking onto this Bootcamp, please advise of t-shirt size as soon as possible as this is also something you will receive.
