To me personal training is something I enjoy teaching tremendously. It's the best feeling being able to help someone achieve their goals in fitness.  I make my PT sessions enjoyable and varied, using a mixture of free weights, Boxing, TRX, Bosu, Stability & Medicine Ball, Kettlebell & Resistance Bands. To get the best results from your workout with me, you have to be prepared to work hard and get a sweat on.  Whether you are new to fitness or just wanting to improve your fitness levels & learn new techniques, I look forward to working with you and getting the results you want.
