What do I need to Bring?

If you are on a spa day or using the wet facilities, you will need to bring your swimming costume. A Robe, slippers and towel are provided for packages. You may also like to bring some extra money to spend on products, drinks or snacks. Also, please bring any confirmation/itinerary letters and vouchers. If you are having a pedicure you will need to bring flip flops to go home in. |
Do I need to Talk in my Treatment?

The answer is - it's entirely up to you! Some clients like to switch off completely, others find it relaxing to talk. We will pick up the cue from you. |
I'm pregnant - can I still have treatments?

After the 1st trimester (3months +) we can treat pregnant women, most of the treatments can be adapted to suit your needs. The most popular treatments for pregnant ladies are: |

Our therapists are trained to analyze your skin and prescribe the best treatment for you. The most popular treatment is the Prescriptive Facial which is tailor-made for your skin type and your therapist can upgrade you to the most suitable option on the day. |
What is the Lunch included in the package?

Lunch is a choice of ciabattas, jacket potatoes, soups or salads. Drinks can also be purchased for a small extra fee. |
