What do I need to Bring?

 

If you are on a spa day or using the wet facilities, you will need to bring your swimming costume.

A Robe, slippers and towel are provided for packages.

You may also like to bring some extra money to spend on products, drinks or snacks.

Also, please bring any confirmation/itinerary letters and vouchers. If you are having a pedicure you will need to bring flip flops to go home in.

Do I need to Talk in my Treatment?

 

The answer is - it's entirely up to you!  Some clients like to switch off completely, others find it relaxing to talk. 

We will pick up the cue from you.

I'm pregnant - can I still have treatments?

 

After the 1st trimester (3months +) we can treat pregnant women, most of the treatments can be adapted to suit your needs.

Our therapists are trained to analyze your skin and prescribe the best treatment for you. 

The most popular treatment is the Prescriptive Facial which is tailor-made for your skin type and your therapist can upgrade you to the most suitable option on the day. 

What is the Lunch included in the package?

 

Lunch is a choice of ciabattas, jacket potatoes, soups or salads. Drinks can also be purchased for a small extra fee.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Spa days and group bookings
A 50% deposit will be required when making the booking for spa days and group packages and full payment will be required 5 days before the actual spa day or group package. A valid credit / debit card number will be required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation until full payment has been taken. Please allow 72 hours for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid a fee of 100% of your service. Where spa days and group packages are booked within the 72 hours cancellation period, we assume there will be no cancellation and you are expected to be able to attend on the date that you have reserved.  Failure to arrive for your spa day or group package will result in a 100% charge. If a gift voucher has been used to secure the booking, please note that we will adjust the value of the voucher to show the cancellation/no show charges.

Spa treatments
A deposit may be required on treatments over the value of £30. A valid credit / debit card number will be required at the time of booking to guarantee the remaining amount of the reservation until full payment has been taken on the day of treatment. Please allow 72 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling of treatments to avoid a fee of 100% of your service. Where treatments are booked within the 72 hours cancellation period, we assume there will be no cancellation and you are expected to be able to attend on the date that you have reserved.
