Testimonials
Jo Bane:
‘I
thought that personal training would make me feel uncomfortable, but
Tom has an ability to make people feel comfortable and at ease and with
his knowledge and motivation I feel I have managed to get my
pre-children body back. Personal training gave me a boost at a time when
I was becoming complacent and bored of the usual exercise routine, I
now feel re-energised and motivated and now look forward to each
session. Thanks Tom.’
Debbie Baker:
I joined the gym about 2 years ago, attending only one class a week (vibro) and using the gym only once a week. I did this for about a year with no noticeable results, obviously. The instructor, at that time, put Tom in touch with me who suggested a Personal Training Session to get me motivated. I enjoyed this so much that I have been having PT once a week for about the last year with Tom. This has also motivated me into doing a different class every day at the Club. With Tom's influence and encouragement I have noticed a big change in myself, both physically and mentally. I take part in the Wrington Fun Run every year, walking the 5 km course. This year I ran, without stopping, in 35 minutes, a massive achievement for me personally.
