tailored children's fitness classes

The fun and structured sessions will see your children involved in a variety of games and activities.

Our new children’s classes are designed to help your kids improve not only their fitness levels but also their team participation, co-ordination and self-esteem too by interacting through sports and games with other children of a similar age.

Please note all children must be booked in for classes they are attending.

Children's hours are 11am - 7pm Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm on Saturday and 8am - 7pm on Sunday and Bank Holidays. This applies to all children from 0-16 years and they must be accompanied by an adult member.
