Dance fitness is a type of group exercise class that incorporates some or many forms of dance. It’s an aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. The overall intensity of a class varies depending on the style you’re doing.

Body Balance is the ultimate reward for the mind & body. Body balance calls upon the ancient art of Hatha yoga, Pilates & Tai Chi as the perfect antidote to the stresses of modern-day life. Body balance will loosen & strengthen your muscles, improve your posture & flexibility & teach you valuable relaxation techniques.

Hatha Yoga
The main emphasis is on blending philosophies of physical & mental conditioning through stretching & relaxation. Hatha Yoga strengthens and tones the body, increasing flexibility and energy levels, and calms the mind.

Yoga
A traditional ancient discipline originating in India that has been continually practised for thousands of years. It is a pathway for long-term health, wellbeing, and spiritual evolution, using movements and poses to increase flexibility, energy levels, and calm the mind.

Fitness Pilates
Fitness Pilates is a unique exercise technique that conditions the deep core muscles of the body and concentrates on improving posture and alignment by strengthening the abdominal muscles and spine. Pilates is suitable for all ages and fitness abilities as everyone in the class works at their own pace.

Core Pilates
Pilates is a core-strengthening class that emphasises strengthening and stretching of all the muscles between the knees and shoulders. Pilates can improve flexibility, strength, posture, and decrease the feelings of stress.

Ashtanga Yoga
A dynamic & challenging form of Hatha Yoga. Each pose is linked to the next through a series of connecting movements called vinyasa, allowing the body to create heat & leading to more flexibility. Smooth, deep breathing (ujjayi), gaze (dristi) & locks (bandhas) are synchronized with the movements.

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT
Step into a Body Combat workout. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll relieve stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

Les Mills Core
All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

Latin-in-Line
Learn to dance those hot Latin rhythms with style & confidence. All levels of experience welcome. Partner’s not necessary.

Les Mills Born to Move
In this 45-minute class the music is specially written for the class and instructions are sung as lyrics. BORN TO MOVE has been created specifically for young people. While it draws on Les Mills’ expertise in fitness and motivation, it offers young people an experience based on their developmental needs. Classes combine inspiration and motivation with fun movements and the power of young people’s imagination. The music and moves for the classes have been extensively tested by young people. Ages 5-7 and 8-12.

CoreFIT/HIIT

Tai Chi
A form of traditional Chinese mind/body exercise & meditation that uses slow sets of body movements & controlled breathing. Tai Chi will help to improve balance, flexibility and overall health.

Aqua Aerobics
An aerobics class in the water. The buoyancy of the water means that aqua classes provide a virtually impact-free cardiovascular workout, significantly reducing stress on the joints & muscle soreness.

BoxFIT

Zumba
Dance and move your way to Latin beats, where you can have fun and burn a lot of calories and the same time.


12+ Supervised Gym
Getting older children familiar with the gym. They will be shown how to use the gym equipment safely and effectively under the supervision of a fitness instructor and follow a structured exercise session. Ages 12-16.

Family Circuits
Introducing kids to circuit training can be a fun way to get them involved in physical fitness and put them on the path to a lifelong enjoyment of exercise. From simple games to weightlifting, children’s circuit training exercises should be adapted to the level of the kids performing the circuit. Ages 4-12. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Kids Multi Sport Games
A development program for kids ages 5 through 12 years old that uses a variety of fun games to engage kids while exposing them to a variety of different movements and sports. The goal is to build fitness, muscle coordination and sports fundamentals while creating a love of exercise. Ages 5-12.
