With that in mind, we have had to make some changes based on the guidance from the experts at UK Active, the UK Government and Public Health England. In this article below, we will explain the key changes we all need to work on together to ensure the club and spa is as safe as possible.

Additionally, key FAQ's will be updated on all of our social media pages on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Keeping You Safe

  • We will be monitoring all members on arrival to ensure your safety
  • We will be cleaning and disinfecting the club and spa more than ever using an enhanced specialist cleaning process
  • Plastic shields are in place at our reception desks and our team will be wearing PPE
  • Throughout the club and spa, we are installing more cleaning pods so members can clean down equipment after use

Maintaining Social Distance

  • It's really important we all keep 2m apart at all time – including in classes. Where possible, we have implemented a one-way system with signage to show where you need to go.
  • We won't have as many lockers available as usual so please consider how many bags you may bring to the club
  • It's unlikely the club will become full, but we may need you to wait before you enter following the social distancing markers
  • Access will be restricted and booking for the gym, classes and swimming will all be through Mywellness

Let's Do This Together

  • If you feel sick or experience COVID symptoms please don't come to the club
  • Arrive dressed and ready to work out where possible
  • You'll need to book for classes, lane swimming, and gym usage. This can be booked via our new app.
  • If you're booked onto a yoga class please try and bring your own mat
  • Don't share equipment and don't move weights or benches to other parts of the club
  • Shower at home if you can – we are prioritising showers for members who are swimming so please bring a body towel (as per UK Active Guidelines)

Don't forget you can still access our outdoor classes as well as our social media channels which are full of great tips for training and exercise. To access our app, simply follow the steps below on your smartphone or tablet and book in for your class.

If you are not ready to restart your membership yet or have any questions regarding your membership with us, please email hayley@cadburyhouse.com with any requests.

For those who have already requested to freeze or are wishing to cancel, please be assured this is being dealt with and confirmation will be sent in due course.
