The outbreak of coronavirus and the introduction of social distancing measures have left us in an unprecedented situation. We are encouraged to stay at home, which means visiting the gym and working with a personal trainer is not an option for the foreseeable future.

Luckily, our trainers have been busy creating a few simple workouts for you to follow at home. These can easily be done alone (or with the people you are isolating with) and can be adapted for any ability level.

Remember, regular exercise is crucial for maintaining a healthy body and mind in these trying time, and the government do recommend that you get outside for an hour of exercise each day. Just make sure you stay at least 2 metres away from other people at all times and keep washing your hands regularly.

With all this free time on your hands, there's never been a better time to get fit and healthy.
