Our beautiful Botttega Garden is now open when the weather is nice. All food ordered will be brought down from restaurant to the garden (just ask our Bardolino team) so why not sit back and relax in style. Spa guests can purchase drinks from bar and take them to outdoor area in a plastic container.
If you are on a spa day or using the wet facilities, you will need to bring your swimming costume, slippers and a spare towel as only one is provided due to high demand. A robe is provided for packages. You may also like to bring some extra money to spend on products, drinks or snacks. Also, please bring any confirmation/itinerary letters and vouchers. If you are having a pedicure you will need to bring flip flops to go home in.
Spa day guests can book classes on the day if there are spaces available.
The answer is - it's entirely up to you! Some clients like to switch off completely, others find it relaxing to talk. We will pick up the cue from you.
There is a Light Lunch included in some packages, thespa will provide you with a Light Menu list to choose from on your Spa Day or why not click on the menu below? The food will be served in Bardolino Pizzeria, Bellini & Espresso Bar, Drinks can also be purchased for a small extra fee.
Our therapists are trained to analyze your skin and prescribe the best treatment for you. The most popular treatment is the Prescriptive Facial which is tailor-made for your skin type and your therapist can upgrade you to the most suitable option on the day.
A 50% deposit will be required when making the booking for spa days and group packages and full payment will be required 5 days before the actual spa day or group package. A valid credit / debit card number will be required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation until full payment has been taken.
Please allow 72 hours for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid a fee of 100% of your service. Where spa days and group packages are booked within the 72 hours cancellation period, we assume there will be no cancellation and you are expected to be able to attend on the date that you have reserved.
Failure to arrive for your spa day or group package will result in a 100% charge. If a gift voucher has been used to secure the booking, please note that we will adjust the value of the voucher to show the cancellation/no show charges.
