Welcome to thespa at theclubandspa – a retreat designed to help you relax and recharge. Located on the first floor of theclub, our spa features five treatment rooms (including a couple’s suite), a manicure station, pedicure chair, and a team of experienced therapists ready to tailor treatments just for you. Guests can also enjoy our relaxation room, 20m pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, saunas, steam rooms, and changing facilities.

Please note: theclubandspa is a members club, and children may use the pool during the day – especially during school holidays. While we limit the number of spa day guests, we cannot control how many members or children are using the facilities at any time. For a more peaceful experience, we recommend visiting outside of school holidays. All other spa facilities – including the sauna, steam rooms, jacuzzis, and relaxation room – are for adults only.

All hotel guests receive complimentary access into the spa facilities throughout their stay.

Members receive 20% off treatments Monday–Thursday and 10% off Friday–Sunday, but thespa is open to all. Whether it’s a one-off treat or part of your wellness routine, we look forward to welcoming you.

What to expect on your spa day

You may find the following information helpful as you plan your visit. If your question isn’t answered below, please feel free to contact us.

Timings

Please ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled treatment. If you are late, we may need to give the appointment away. Should you anticipate any delays, contact thespa at 01934 837 231.

Parking and location

Spa day guests can park for £3.50 per vehicle, per day. For treatments only, please check in at the main spa reception located on the first floor of theclubandspa building. For spa days please check in at the main club reception on the ground floor.

What to wear

Robes and towels are complimentary for spa day guests, however you may bring your own spa wear if preferred. Don’t forget your swimsuit, and pack something dry to change into at the end of the day. Suitable footwear must be worn in theclub and thespa areas and flip-flops are available for purchase.

What to bring

You might want to bring a magazine, book, or personal music player to enjoy during your spa day. We do have magazines available, but you’re welcome to bring your own entertainment. Please note, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

Dining at thespa

Some of our packages include a light lunch or afternoon tea at thelounge – thespa will provide you with a menu to choose from on your spa day. Drinks or extras can be added to your bill on the day. You are more than welcome to wear your robe in the restaurant.

Mobile phones and devices

Mobile telephones are permitted on the gym floor, however telephone calls may only be taken outside the gym area. Mobile telephones, tablets or cameras are not allowed on poolside under any circumstances and may not be used at all in changing rooms or toilets. You are not permitted to take photos, videos or voice recordings of other members, guests, visitors or staff at any time in theclub. Mobile phones can be used in the outside spa area but only for purposes of browsing. 

Cancellations and payments

  • Full payment and any applicable voucher codes are required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice are eligible for a full refund.
  • To reschedule your booking, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.
  • Changes made with less than 72 hours notice will incur a £10 per person administration fee.

Advisory medical information

thespa at Cadbury House is an adult facility for persons age 18 and over. In order for us to advise you on the correct treatments, please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking. Please bring a doctor’s note if you have any condition that may restrict the treatment that you book and make us aware before your visit.
