Spinning

theclub’s award-winning European Spinning® studio offers a cycling workout that burns fat fast. Spinning®, or indoor cycling, makes use of gears and resistance features to cater for beginners to professionals.

Ab Attack

Firm up those trouble spots! Tighten your tummy with our ‘Total Abs’ conditioning class.                            

Aqua Aerobics

An aerobics class in the water! The buoyancy of the water means that aqua classes provide a virtually impact-free cardiovascular workout, significantly reducing stress on the joints and muscle soreness.

Body Attack

A high intensity workout for those who want to be seriously fit. With three cardio ‘phases’ placing demands on aerobic stamina, your energy systems will be ignited and boundaries pushed to the extreme.

Body Balance

Body Balance™ is the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling centred and calm. Teaching controlled breathing, concentration and carefully structured stretches, moves and poses to music, Body Balance™ is a holistic and gentle workout that brings the body into a state of harmony while improving posture.

Body Conditioning

An all over body workout targeted to tone and strengthen. Qualified choreographers work with you for a whole body workout that leaves you feeling toned, energised and ready for anything!

Tabata

Tabata is fast becoming the most popular form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Tabata interval workouts. It's four minutes of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10-second rest for a total of 8 rounds. These workouts are fast-paced and fun and burn up tons of calories. In this workout, we bring you 2 sets of Tabata, plus a little warm up and cool down. No equipment is necessary, and we keep track of the timing.
