Parking at theclubandspa is complimentary and we have enough room to accommodate your and your fellow guests. We ask that visitors car-share where possible.
The Spa is located with in the grounds of DoubleTree by Hilton, Cadbury House theclubandspa's on the first floor of The Club and Spa. Simply follow the stairs up to The Lounge and take a left at the bar. You will find the door to The Spa on the right.
Our treatments often involve the use of spa products. We only use the best spa products, with our leading spa brands being Pevonia Botanica and Elemis. If you are allergic to any particular ingredients please let your therapist know before your treatment commences. If you would like to buy any of the spa products used we have a large range of Pevonia Botanica and Elemis products available at reception.
You may be asked to undress for your particular treatment. The therapist will leave the room and allow you time to undress and make yourself comfortable on the treatment table. There will always be towels and blankets for you to cover up. If you have any issues regarding your modesty please talk to a member of staff.
If you are joining us on a Spa Day then robes and towels are complimentary. Alternatively you may bring you own spa wear. Dont forget your swimsuits and remember to bring something dry to change into at the end of the day.
Please make sure that you are on time for your spa treatment. If you fail to turn up for your treatment we may be forced to give the appointment away. If you think you may be late for your appointment please contact The Spa on 01934 837 231.
Why not enjoy your relaxing treatments together? Our new couples suite allows two therapists to work simultaneously allowing friends or loved ones to share their experience.
Basic hygiene rules apply in The Spa. We ask all of our guests to shower before entering and after exiting the pool as well as the other wet facilities.
The facilities we have onsite include a sparkling 20m pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and changing rooms with showers. There are also lockers, for which you will need a padlock.
Some of our packages include a light lunch in The Lounge. The light lunch consists of fresh ciabattas, jacket potatoes, soups or salads. Drinks may also be purchased for a small extra fee.
All treatments are conducted in our luxury treatment rooms. We usually play soft music and light candles to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere although you may request to have the music turned off. All of our treatments are given by our fully-qualified spa therapists, who will be more than happy to discuss the treatment process with you.
You may like to bring along a magazine, book or newspaper to read during your spa day. We encourage our guests to bring along reading materials, although there are often magazines left over by other guests. You may also like to bring along your own personal music player - we encourage our guests to do so but cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.
