The Spa is housed within the grounds of DoubleTree by Hilton, Cadbury House in Congresbury, South Bristol. For treatments only please check in at the main spa reception located on the first floor of TheClubandSpa building. For Spa days please check in at the main club reception on the ground floor. Free parking is available for spa guests and the car park is first on your right when entering the Hotel grounds.
Free parking is available for spa guests, but we do have limited spaces.
Our treatments often involve the use of spa products. We only use the best spa products, with our leading spa brand being Pevonia Botanica for the face and body. We use the Jessica nailcare range for all our manicures and pedicures. If you are allergic to any particular ingredients please let your therapist know before your treatment commences. If you would like to buy any of the spa products used we have a large range of Pevonia Botanica products available at reception.
Please make sure that you are on time for your spa treatment. If you fail to attend your treatment we may be forced to give the appointment away. If you think you may be late for your appointment please contact TheSpa on 01934 837 231.
The facilities we have onsite include a 20m pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and changing rooms with showers. We also have key-operated lockers available.
Mobile telephones are permitted on the Gym Floor, however telephone calls may only be taken outside the Gym area. Mobile telephones, tablets or cameras are not allowed on Poolside under any circumstances and may not be used at all in Changing Rooms or Toilets. You are not permitted to take photos, videos or voice recordings of other members, guests, visitors or staff at any time in the Club. Mobile phones can be used in the outside spa area but only for purposes of browsing.
thespa at Cadbury House is an adult facility, for persons age 16 and over. In order for us to advise you on the correct treatments please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking. Please bring a doctors note if you have any condition that may restrict the treatment that you book and make us aware before your visit.
If you are joining us on a Spa Day then robes and towels are complimentary. Alternatively, you may bring your own spa wear. Don't forget your swimsuits and remember to bring something dry to change into at the end of the day. You must wear suitable footwear around the Health Club and Spa areas, Flip flops can be purchased at an additional cost.
Some of our packages include a light lunch or afternoon tea at Bardolino Pizzeria, Bellini and Espresso Bar. theSpa will provide you with a menu to choose from on your spa day. Drinks or extras can be added to your bill on the day. You are more than welcome to wear your robe in the restaurant.
You may like to bring along a magazine, book or newspaper to read during your spa day. We encourage our guests to bring along reading materials, although there are often magazines left over by other guests. You may also like to bring along your own personal music player - we encourage our guests to do so but cannot be held responsible for loss or damage.
All treatments are conducted in our luxury treatment rooms. We usually play soft music and light candles to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere although you may request to have the music turned off. All of our treatments are carried out by our fully-qualified spa therapists, who will be more than happy to discuss the treatment process with you.
Why not enjoy your relaxing treatments together? Our new couple's suite allows two therapists to work simultaneously allowing friends or loved ones to share their experience. Subject to availability.
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all Spa Days and Treatments. For Spa Days and Treatments we have a 7 day cancelation policy to receive a full refund. Any Cancelations after 7 days are Non-Refundable. For Group bookings of more than 5 guests full payment is required on booking. If you did wish to cancel please be aware our cancelation policy for groups of 5 or more is 30 days for a full refund. Cancelations after 30 days are Non-Refundable.
